TBAWA recognises that to grow as a sport it must become a more inclusive organisation that embraces diversity and works proactively to implement effective strategies to engage and attract new players from the whole of our community.
One of the major growth areas within Tenpin Bowling in Western Australia in the last 5 years has been the engagement of people with disabilities in an inclusive way in local leagues and state based competition.
While maintaining a focus on the work undertaken in relation to people with disabilities, TBAWA is also seeking to build and expand by developing pathways for a range of community sectors including:

In conjunction with the Department of Sport and Recreation Western Australia (DSR), TBAWA has engaged Inclusion Officer to assist in the overall development of the strategy and to implement our inclusion program.
